While we are proudly in the final stages of completing a Diploma of Nutrition, we bring years of lived knowledge, health coaching understanding, and behaviour-change insight to every client we support.
This is our first chapter working directly with clients under the Life, But Lighter brand, and we approach this journey with professionalism, care, and dedication. Our focus is on providing simple, evidence-based guidance in movement, nutrition, sleep, and everyday habits that reduce inflammation and improve quality of life.
